2. Services Provided

SkyLBS provides:

  • Web hosting via CPanel.
  • Website design and development services.
  • Maintenance, content updates, and related digital solutions.

All services are provided on an “as available” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To purchase or use our hosting services:

  • You must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to enter into a contract.

SkylabS is not responsible for any activity under your account due to misuse of credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Services will be activated only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Renewal notices will be sent in advance via email.
  • Non-payment by the due date may lead to service suspension or termination.

By purchasing any service, you authorize SkyLBS to charge your chosen payment method for recurring renewals (if applicable).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the nature of the service:

  • Web Hosting: Refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant resource usage has occurred.
  • Domain Registrations: Non-refundable once processed or registered.
  • Web Design / Development: Refunds are not available after project commencement or delivery of design drafts.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SkyLBS hosting or related services for:

  • Hosting or transmitting illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Spamming, phishing, or bulk unsolicited emails.
  • Hosting copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Running scripts, bots, or software that disrupt server stability or network security.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Website Design Projects

  • All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
  • Final files will be handed over only after full payment is received.
  • Any additional revisions, features, or functionality beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • SkylabS retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Data, Backups, and Security

We take reasonable measures to safeguard data stored on our servers. However:

  • Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
  • SkylabS is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, human error, or third-party issues.

9. Service Availability and Downtime

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, but temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Server maintenance or upgrades
  • Network provider issues
  • External attacks or unforeseen technical problems

SkyLBS is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, unless covered under a separate SLA.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, and design materials created by SkyLBS remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights for the specific project are transferred to the client. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our site, services, or materials without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

SkyLBS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service during the last billing cycle.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • Payment is overdue.
  • You breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your activities endanger our network or other clients.

Termination may lead to immediate deletion of all associated data.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://skylbs.com/privacy-policy. Payment details are handled securely via Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
